When I originally imagined sharing these winter solstice soundscapes, I imagined people listening in the dark. Wrapping themselves in cozy blankets with steaming mugs of tea and sinking deeply into the sounds of a forest on winter solstice night.
Alas, we don’t always get to choose how and when opportunities happen. So this radio broadcast happened earlier this morning at 10am est, but you can hear it now any time you like and share it with friends.
Thank you everyone who has listened, who will listen in the future, and who has helped amplify this forest by sharing this broadcast. It means the world to me.
If you listen, let me know what you thought or what you enjoyed. I’m getting all sorts of listening reflections from folks in the community and it’s so powerful to hear how others are listening.
Many thanks for supporting this work and especially for paid subscribers and donors, you’ve literally helped make this project possible!
Much love and care,
Zaneta
